About

A research methodology engine, built by a clinician.

SynapseR is a vertical agentic system for clinical research. It combines bounded AI agents, PubMed retrieval, R-powered statistics, reference management, reporting-framework constraints, and versioned audit trails inside a gated study lifecycle — turning clinical questions into structured study plans, protocols, statistical analysis plans, and manuscripts.

It exists because most AI tools for clinical research write confidently about methodology without respecting it. SynapseR is opinionated about reporting frameworks, explicit about its statistical computation (R, not language-model estimates), and traceable about its evidence — every key scientific claim in your protocol links back to a paper in your project library.

The platform is built by Prof. Karthikeyan Srinivasan — a Consultant Anaesthesiologist at Tallaght University Hospital, Assistant Professor at University College Dublin, and the Founder of SynapseR and CEO of GAMTpedia Limited. SynapseR is a product of GAMTpedia Limited, registered in Dublin, Ireland.

The platform is in active beta. Free during the beta. We want your feedback — that is the whole point.
